⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely terrible experience. The service was awful from start to finish. We never received about half of our order, yet they still tried to charge us for items we shouldn’t have been paying for in the first place. When I politely tried to explain the problem, one of the employees literally laughed at me instead of trying to help. Then the manager came out and, instead of fixing the situation, was just as rude and kept telling me to “calm down” in a very disrespectful way. No apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is a hidden gem! I love Mediterranean food and this is a great place to get food that is delicious. I did not realize how close the resturant was to me and also that you can do direct order and delivery from the resturant. I made a large order of food. I had the basic plates- house chicken kabob with side salads and fries. Additional pita bread and dressings. I like baklava as a fun was to end a great meal. This resturant offers gyros, wraps, and bowls that you can make so those are other opportunities to come back! The hospitality of the establish is evident by the quality of the food. I recommend you trying this resturant!!!

Was on a business trip, and needed a bite to eat. Luckily, me and my team found Kabob Shack. First of all, they make ordering food easy with the kiosk. Granted, we came during the late hours right before they were about to close so I can’t speak about how easy it is to order during the lunch rush. I order myself a steak wrap, “California style”. The food came out excellent. The sauce was fantastic and really added to the already great quality of the food. The staff were kind and got the food out quickly. The atmosphere was welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend Kabob Shack for anyone who needs a quick option for food while not sacrificing the quality.

Really enjoyed my visit to Kabob Shack - Broadway. The chicken kabob was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, served over fresh rice with warm pita. The Greek salad was crisp with generous feta and a great dressing. Good portions, fair prices, and quick, friendly service. Definitely a spot worth coming back to.

So good! Prefer this over kebab shop now. Really flavorful proteins and sauces. Self serve sauce bar & they don’t charge extra. Can’t wait to try Shah burger, Moussa’s chicken and falafel.
